Pair of andirons in chased and gilded bronze decorated with lions lying on a terrace. The base is rectangular decorated with drapery, it rests on tapered and grooved feet.
Resumption of the model created by Louis-Simon Boizot and realized by Pierre-Philippe Thomire in 1786 for the Queen’s salon in Versailles.
