Flowers in the veranda, gouache signed lower right Maurice de Peyronnet 1882. French painter of the nineteenth century landscapes, marine, watercolor and poster. Filleuil of Sarah Bernhardt, he often stayed on his Belle-îles property. He regularly appears in the salon des artistes from 1912. The frame is gilded wood of the eighteenth century.
