The beach of Fécamp at low tide by Eugène Berthelon French painter born in 1829 died in 1916.
A pupil of Eugène Lavielle and Etienne-Prosper Berne-Bellecour, he excelled in painting landscapes and especially seascapes.
He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes from 1881 to 1914. He was, among other things, a silver medalist at the Universal Exhibition of 1889.
